Refund policy

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with your order number. Gift cards and opened consumables (such as supplements) cannot be returned.

How to return: Email nelsonalapi63@gmail.com with your order number and the item. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Returns sent without contacting us first won't be accepted.

Return shipping: The customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Use a trackable service.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can resolve it.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go to your original payment method; your bank may take extra time to post it.

Exchanges: Return the item and place a new order.
